My former Grad school classmate Sorina joins me to talk about the esoteric, occult, and magic. Sorina has studied Charles Williams Thoroughly and has a PHD studying these topics. Sorina and I talk about the Inklings (Lewis, Tolkien, Charles Williams, etc.) and their study/beliefs in these matters. We discuss such principles such as surrender vs. creating, humanity and the divine, white vs. dark magic and much more.

Reflections on Community, the Movie Inside Out,& the show Loki

On this second solo episode I give an update on my life. I talk about my coaching training as well as what thoughts and emotions have been arising in my sessions as a client. I go on to explore how the movie Inside Out has helped me understand emotions better in my own journey and its connection with my Awakening. I also talk about insights I've found in Loki and how it relates to the current Christian Deconstruction movement.

So he left and developed his own program using meditation and somatic techniques to reach the root of the problem. He also published and sold over 59,000 copies of his book "Anxiety RX." Dr. Kennedy joins me to talk about topics such as what anxiety is, how trauma is related, and how modern society contributes to our growing problem with anxiety.
